Hey there! I'm Rachel

My Story:

Hey there, I’m Rachel—a therapist, a mom, a reformed people pleaser, and a big believer in living a life that’s true to YOU.

I know what it’s like to constantly put everyone else’s needs ahead of your own. For years, I was that person—the one who said "yes" when I meant "no" the one who would rearrange my whole day to accommodate someone else’s, and the one who felt guilty for taking a single moment for myself. Sound familiar?

I also know that carving out time for yourself can feel impossible. As the working mom of three (yes, THREE—an 8-year-old and 6-year-old twins!), life is pretty much a non-stop whirlwind. Add in ADHD (diagnosed in adulthood of course), and it’s like trying to juggle flaming swords while riding a unicycle—definitely not the peaceful, calm life I imagined. But here's the thing: It doesn’t have to stay that way.

Making the decision to prioritize my own well-being, set boundaries, and break free from my people-pleasing habits wasn’t easy, but it was the most freeing thing I’ve ever done. And guess what? I finally started living a life that felt authentically mine and I want to help you do the same.

My passion for therapy comes from my own experience with its transformative power. I know firsthand how working with a therapist to process challenges and develop coping skills can truly shift your life.

When you work with me, expect everything from moments of discomfort and tears (because growth isn’t always pretty) to “Aha!” moments and laughter (because humor is a powerful healing tool).

I show up to our sessions as me—and I invite you to do the same. The real magic of therapy happens when we connect as real, imperfect people. So let's get into the work and create a life that truly feels like yours.
